Back Pain & Sciatica
Manual therapy, core stabilization and nerve-mobility work for chronic low-back pain and sciatica, aimed at the actual source of restriction rather than a generic stretching routine.
Every treatment plan starts with a physiotherapist's assessment — these are the conditions and techniques we work with most, along with what a visit actually costs.
Manual therapy, core stabilization and nerve-mobility work for chronic low-back pain and sciatica, aimed at the actual source of restriction rather than a generic stretching routine.
Strength and mobility programs for knee osteoarthritis and general knee pain, designed to protect the joint and keep you mobile without rushing to surgery.
Progressive range-of-motion and strengthening therapy for frozen shoulder and rotator cuff pain, with progress tracked visit to visit rather than guessed at.
Joint-protection strategies and guided exercise for arthritis, helping manage stiffness and pain in the hands, knees, hips and spine over the long term.
Assessment and return-to-play rehab for ligament sprains, muscle strains and joint injuries — with a timeline built around your actual sport, not a generic recovery chart.
Physical therapy support for stroke recovery, cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis, focused on function — walking, balance, daily tasks — not just range of motion on paper.
Targeted dry needling for stubborn myofascial trigger points and chronic muscular tension, used alongside — not instead of — hands-on manual therapy.
Heat therapy combined with hands-on soft-tissue release for muscle tension, stiffness and chronic pain — often paired with active exercise, not used alone.
Longer-term physiotherapy programs for chronic, hard-to-resolve pain, combining manual therapy, graded exercise and honest expectation-setting on timelines.

It depends entirely on the condition. Acute issues can sometimes improve in a handful of visits; chronic conditions like long-standing osteoarthritis or sciatica usually need a sustained plan over several weeks. Your physiotherapist will give you a realistic estimate after your first assessment rather than a generic number upfront.
